Options Personnel’s rate for permanent placements is determined on a sliding scale and is based on a percentage of first years salary. Contract/Temporary Fee Structure

Options Personnel has a varying rate for contract/temporary based upon skill level required for the position. Our goal is to provide the best-qualified candidate to your organization in the most effective manner. Rates quoted at time of request for contract/temporary staff do not include G.S.T.
