All introductions of a candidate by Options Personnel are confidential, and introduction of a candidate by way of resume is considered representation. Options Personnel fee is due and payable once the candidate is employed by your firm, one of its’ subsidiaries, associate companies, or division of any firm that you may refer our candidate to. The above terms and conditions are in effect for a term of twelve (12) months.

If a situation occurs wherein Options Personnel sends you a candidate that is later forwarded by another agency, Options Personnel will secure full representation of the candidate in question.
