We are confident that Options Personnel will provide your Company with an individual whose work ethic and career focus aligns with your company culture and position requirements, assuring you of a mutually beneficial employment tenure. However, in the event that a candidate resigns or is terminated we offer you a guarantee period of six (6) months from the starting date. If the candidate leaves within the first three (3) months of employment, we will offer a one hundred (100) per cent credit towards replacement. If the candidate leaves in the 4th, 5th or 6th month of employment, we offer a fifty (50) per cent credit towards replacement.

Notes:
  1. Terminations occurring as the result of layoffs, shortage of work and/or employer relocation, are not covered by this guarantee.
  2. If there is a situation wherein a replacement candidate is required during the time of the guarantee, the new candidate will be guaranteed for the remaining period of the initial terms only.
  3. A guarantee is issued in the form of a credit toward replacement only, there will be no cash refunds.
  4. Our invoicesare due within thirty (30) days of issue, should an invoice remain unpaid after thirty (30) days, the guarantee will decrease to three (3) months at one hundred (100) percent, and if it remains unpaid after sixty (60) days, the guarantee becomes null and void.
Guarentee for Contract/Temporary Employment

Options Personnel’s dedication to servicing your account is reinforced by our competitive fees and guarantees. It is our mandate to be able to understand, anticipate and meet our clients’ needs to the best of our ability. With regard to contract employees, all employees are guaranteed. Should the candidate leave prior to the completion of the contract, a replacement will be found in a prompt and efficient manner.
