• Research the company. Visit the company's website and know what the company does.
• Prepare a series of questions to ask the interviewer. Some examples are:
• What are you looking for in an employee?
• Why was the last person not right for the job?
• Does this position have a large turnover?
• After having heard my qualifications and skills, do you have any concerns about my ability to do the job?

• Rehearse, or prepare answers to commonly asked interview questions such as; why did you leave your last position?
• Know where you are going and give yourself adequate time to arrive. Know the route you will be taking and any nearby landmarks.
